Oz Biltong's Wet 'N' Fatty biltong is marinated in a blend of authentic South African spices. Consequently, we retain a lot more moisture in our Biltong product.
Oz Biltong's lean biltong is marinated in a blend of authentic South African spices and made from premium cuts of MSA topside to reduce fattiness.
Oz Biltong's biltong stokkies, Snapsticks or Beefsticks, as they are prepared as thin strips, easier to chew and protein rich.
Oz Biltong's Droewors [Drywors] are made from a beef gourmet mince mix with a special spice mix based on our authentic spiced Boerewors sausage.
Manufactured within a Safe Food accredited commercial site with South African expertise. We use import ingredients imported from South Africa to create an authentic product. We manufacture a select range from Biltong, Boerewors, Stokkies [Beef Sticks] and Drywors [Droewors ]. All cut to order and shipped to your door. There are currently 5 primary flavours; Plain, Chilli, Peri, Garlic and Pepper. Oz Biltong are also happy to partner with you to produce something unique.
Our factory is Halal approved meat processor as we do not process Pork or Wild Boar. We can source Halal meats to meet any cultural requirements. Oz Biltong are also happy to partner with you to produce something unique.
We are subject to all the SAFE FOOD regulations and compliance. Our Biltong is tested regularly and we comply with an annual independent Qld Health Department audit.

Stokkies are prepared as thin strips of beef. Oz Biltong use premium MSA Topside and marinated in a blend of premixed spices imported directly from South Africa. Vinegar, salt and our authentic spices are added prior to our unique curing process, not spiced after, unlike most who remanufacture. Consequently, we retain a lot more moisture in our Biltong product. The best way to retain the products, as purchased, is to place it in the freezer in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn. When you ready to eat it, simply take it out for a couple of minutes and it’s ready to be eaten.
